Natural Food chronic illness prevention and recovery program
This extraordinary organization is worth a mention…
For more than 60 years, the natural treatments originally prescribed by Dr Max Gerson have been helping thousands of people not only prevent chronic illness, but also treating and helping patients recover from the likes of cancer, arthritis, diabetes and heart disease. Now looked after by his daghter, the Gerson Institute offers therapies for patients, and training programs for licensed professionals.
Based on a natural program of organic vegetarian food, juices, detoxification and supplements, the program has helped thousands of people recover from so called ‘incurable diseases’ such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease and arthritis.
Through super doses of enzymes and nutrients, and enemas to detoxify the liver, the program helps the body break down and cleanse diseased tissue leading to recovery.
They have a great website here with lots of details and more information.
Could Water be more valuable than Gasoline?
Water could become more valuable than Gasoline.
When was the last time you paid $2 for a 16 oz bottle of water? That comes to $32 a gallon – much more than what anyone is paying for gasoline anywhere in the world.
Yet our tap water is still very affordable when it is available and although some areas may lack availability of clean water, water-lines or the equivalent of gas lines has not been experienced by industrialized economies.
There are many experts that believe that water resources are dwindling. Unlike oil, which is important but not absolutely necessary for survival, life on earth can survive for a very short time without water. Along with needing water for our survival, it is also needed for energy and for maintaining climate equilibrium.
There are many ways to save water and become more responsible. For more information go to: http://www.seventhgeneration.com/learn/news/pour-water-conservation
Pharmaceutical Levels in the Water Supply
Water testing and research has been showing that the levels of pharmaceuticals in our drinking supply are dangerously high.
Years ago while traveling I sat next to an employee from the state of Florida’s EPA. Her comment to me was that the water supply was so contaminated from drugs that people flush down the toilet both in their waste and discarded drugs.
She explained how she and her associates had been instructed to not speak or report this due to the fear of how people would react. Yet we cannot help to react to dangerous levels of drugs in our water supply. It affects our health.
