Roger Hyde, founded Dulabab Travel after many years working at the highest echelons of at first physical security, then experiential global adventure travel. In collaboration with some of the wealthiest families and individuals from the Middle East, Asia and the US he has personally created, reconnoitered, facilitated and photographed complex journeys within Europe, Africa, North and South America and Southern Asia.

He has explored and guided guest trips within environments such as the high arctic, mountain peaks and glaciers, remote deserts, deep jungle and Pacific islands. These special journeys often include large private jets and some of the worlds largest super yachts, and liaison with diplomats, government agencies, scientists and conservation experts to ensure smooth running, discretion and ultimate success.

Neil Rogers started in the travel trade in the 80’s with Journey Latin America in London, enjoyed an extended stay in Belize in the 90’s working with The Lodge at Chaa Creek and Coppola Resorts before moving to the US as Director of Latin America Development at International Expeditions, Inc. He’s served as Chair of the Destinations Working group at the GSTC, as a judge for the WTTC’s Tourism for Tomorrow Awards and is a board member of the Adventure Travel Conservation Fund.

As a consultant he’s worked on UNDP and EU Interreg projects, for conservation NGOs in Belize and for Nordic DMOs such as Kiruna in Swedish Lapland, Destination Røros, Visit Sápmi, Destination Västerbotten, and for NCE Tourism Fjord Norway. This vast array of experience dedicating decades to sustainable travel globally, adds an additional unique element to Dulabab's ability to deliver a truly unique guest experience.

Nick Mantheakis was born in England but raised in Africa, with a Greek and English heritage, so by default is a born traveller or as he calls himself a ‘nomad.’ With 25 years experience living and operating adventure travel operations in Africa and the Middle-East, he is always thinking well beyond the box for a solution to any given challenge.

Nick works primarily in operations, with his experience ranging from logistics to trip creation and management as well being responsible for the back of house operations of the company. Nick and his wife Tina are based on the Mediterranean Island of  Mallorca, and when they’re not working out how to overcome a challenge for a trip they can be found paddle boarding with their Labrador ‘Buddy’.

Tina Kistenmacher was born in Germany but Raised in South Africa. She has spent over half her life on the water.  After gaining a degree in hotel management she left the ‘Mother’ city in search of new adventures in far flung places.  

Over the course of her maritime career she worked on large cruise ships and tall ships as a hotel manager, before eventually moving to private superyachts where she worked as a purser.  Her last post was on a 90+ more mega yacht.

During one of her breaks between shifts on board, she met Nick our operations manager and gave up her life at sea, for a quieter life on land in Mallorca.

Tina is our superyacht specialist and together with Nick Mantheakis runs all our logistics and operations.
